The duties of an educator and education support professional are ever changing. Technology is playing an ever increasing role in instruction and the overall management of a school district. Each new technological advance implicates potential issues for the bargaining table. This presentation will analyze the negotiable aspects of technology implementation, and will provide a game plan for negotiators who are tasked with implementing new technology. Additionally, this presentation will address how technology has impacted the mechanics of negotiations.
